Acceptance Into Program
Working with children and disadvantaged people in developing countries carries with it a huge responsibility for all concerned. GGC Volunteers Ltd. considers many factors in determining the suitability of a volunteer. Our host country also has particular requirements to ensure the safety and suitability of the volunteer, as well as fulfilling the requirements of local and national laws.
GGC Volunteers Ltd. assists our Vietnamese Partners in determining the suitability of the volunteer by checking academic history, work experience, police background checks and motivation for volunteering.
Volunteering can be physically demanding and can expose you to stresses outside of your usual life experience, so please consider carefully your own suitability and circumstances before deciding to volunteer.
We are eager to satisfy each prospective volunteer’s desire to start his or her humanitarian journey. A small number of people may, however, not be well matched to the experiences we can offer. GGC Volunteers Ltd. will make a determination based on the information available, and this determination will be final.
