Application Fee and Deposit
At the time of application you will receive an invoice for the following:

$100 AUD non-refundable application fee

$300 AUD deposit
If your application proves unsuccessful, the full amount of your deposit will be refunded minus transaction fees and any exchange rate differences. The full non-refundable application fee will be retained by GGC Volunteers Ltd.
Should you need to cancel your application after payment of your application fee and deposit, the full amount of your deposit will be returned minus any transaction and exchange rate differences. The full non-refundable application fee will be retained by GGC Volunteers Ltd.
On payment of your application fee and deposit, you will receive your great Volunteer or Student Handbook, which explains every aspect of the program you have chosen.
Final Payment
The final payment is the balance of your volunteer fee and an invoice will be sent to you within two weeks of the payment of your application fee and deposit from which you have 30 days to make the final payment.

School Immersion Program

Student Clinical Placement
Your fee also differs depending on the length of your stay. Please note: Quotation of costs for the School Immersion Program and for Student Clinical Placements are available on application to volunteering@ggcvolunteers.org
Note:
Please remember the amount transferred MUST be in $USD. Any exchange rates differences and transfer fees charged must be paid by the volunteer and are not considered part of the fees due.
A late fee of $50USD will be charged for overdue payments.
